Management and Education Journal is committed to supporting the global dissemination of research. To maintain its open-access model, ensure rigorous peer review, and manage the technical production of high-quality articles, the journal requires an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Please note our transparent fee structure and payment timeline policy below:

1. Free Submission Stage

  • There are no submission fees.

  • Authors are not required to pay any fees when submitting their manuscripts to the Management and Education Journal. The initial desk screening and the entire peer-review process are conducted completely free of charge.

2. APC Notification and Payment Timeline

  • The Article Processing Charge (APC) is only applicable if the manuscript is officially accepted for publication after undergoing a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

  • Once the Editorial Board issues a formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA), the journal management will send a detailed APC invoice and payment instructions directly to the corresponding author via email.

  • Authors will receive specific information regarding the exact nominal fee, available banking channels, and payment confirmation deadlines within that official email notification.

3. Publication Guarantee

  • Editorial decisions to accept or reject a manuscript are based strictly on its academic merit, originality, and quality of research.

  • The ability to pay an APC does not influence the peer-review process or guarantee publication. Payment is only processed after the manuscript has successfully passed all evaluation stages and has been declared Accepted by the Editor-in-Chief.
