Management and Education Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal. All articles published in this journal are made immediately and permanently available online to the public free of charge upon publication.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Repository Policy (Self-Archiving)
