Management and Education Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal. All articles published in this journal are made immediately and permanently available online to the public free of charge upon publication.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Our open-access policy aligns with the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), meaning that users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Licensing Terms

To support the dissemination of knowledge while protecting author rights, all articles published in the Management and Education Journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.

Under this license, users are free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms under the following conditions:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

  • ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

Repository Policy (Self-Archiving)

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work. The journal allows archiving of all versions of the article (Submitted version, Accepted version, and Published version/Publisher's PDF) in any repository or repository network.
