Authors who publish in the Management and Education Journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the Management and Education Journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, and adapt the work, provided that the original authors and the initial publication in this journal are properly cited.

  2. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, departmental websites, or on personal websites) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

  3. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in the Management and Education Journal.

The Management and Education Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Open Access publication ensures maximum visibility and impact for the published research.
